Prairie Moon in Evanston continues its series “See America” with the great state of Illinois!

In the 1930s, the US government created the Works Progress Administration (WPA) as part of The New Deal. Artists were commissioned to create art that encouraged people to get out and travel to other states. Since we are all pretty much stuck at home, we are taking a page from the WPA to bring the states to you!
